Excellent Stay here and found everything to be to be well maintained. Front staff was just wonderful (Sky) was her name and she made my Family feel safe and comfortable. Recommended this place over all the others. Prices are more than fair and your right in the Heart of Tahoe. Cudo's
We had such a great experience during our stay, and a huge part of that was thanks to Tim Roberts. He truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and taken care of. From the moment we arrived, he was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our stay comfortable. He even went out of his way to get us drinks took it all the way to our room and check in to make sure we had everything we needed. It’s rare to find someone who takes such pride in their work, and his kindness really stood out. Because of him, our stay was even more enjoyable. We will definitely be back!
The location is awesome, right in the heart of everything. Miranda at the front desk was the best and super helpful. She gave me some great tips on where to go and eat. The room was spotless, and housekeeping was quick with my extra stuff. The breakfast was easy, clean, and fresh.
This is soo close to the hevanly . Love the service at the hotel . We had a winter strom and our car wont move in the snow . Tim helped us move the car . Suggested us some chains for our car tires ! The room was clean good . We enjoyed the breakfast in the morning . Too . Overall very good experience!
Stayed here for 4 days and had a very pleasant time. Best part of the hotel was the free breakfast. they had a decent selection and plenty of food for the whole family. Definitely a big plus if your on a budget or wanting to fuel up in the am and splurge on dinner later in the day. its in walking distance to heavenly center which is also nice. the only real negative is the entirety is at a weird t intersection so can be a little frustrating getting in and out.
First day I walked in the staff was amazing. Did a 8 hour drive straight with little sleep and staff let me check in early. Miranda and Shontel "hopefully I got the names right" personality and the attitude for the job was amazing. They acted like they enjoyed what they did. Room was clean and comfy. However what makes me want to come back is the staff. Would give 20 gold stars if I could. Breakfast was hot and fresh and location was perfect.
The room was clean and everyone was nice. The morning breakfast was delicious. The TV situation was not our favorite so we were grateful that wasn't super important. The guide they give you for the channels is microscopic, and there was no way to know the line-up unless you did this on-line thing that didn't work when we tried to access the information. Also disappointed that the hot tub was unavailable.
